Coaching agreement
Coaching is a professional approach to client behaviour change, which fast-tracks our clients to get from where they are now, to their desired future.  Mentoring also uses a coaching approach to maintain client movement in the right direction, but is typically longer term and less intensive.

Our mentor/ coaches are bound by the International Coach Federation [ICF] Code of Ethics. By indicating acceptance of this agreement, each party recognises and confirms their individual rights and responsibilities.  This agreement covers TeleCoaching, VideoConferencing, email mentor/ coaching communications, Forum Coaching and face-to face sessions.

Our coaching accelerates progress by providing greater focus and awareness of client choice, such that client learning is deepened, their performance is improved, and their quality of life is enhanced.

Referrals for in-depth counselling may also be required in cases where client progress is curtailed by deep-seated past trauma.
