Yes people are working longer hours with greater work and social pressures. The economy had brought housing stress to many, business is failing... Enough! Enough!

So guys, what's wrong with a bit of porn?
Or as some put it, allowing a bit of stimulating fantasy to use you?
An extended phase of acting out sex without a loving relational context is NEVER without consequences. If you don't want to look at the research, just ask your spouse or your girlfriend or your mother. If their responses are unconvincing, maybe look at some articles on the explosive growth in sex related crime, in violence against women and children, the manner in which porn is so addictive, and the association with mental illness. 
Apart from what the evidence shows soft port often leads to, it is so often a key issue in the inability to form and maintain rewarding relationships. Motivation to address these issues comes from knowing that the real victims are all too often our own career advancement, our own present (or future) wives and children, and societal cohesiveness.
During this Growth Group, men will encounter strategies to assist them to unravel a whole bunch of never-talked-about-issues and dispel myths about manhood. Researchers say one in four adult females have been sexually abused. Sexual abuse can really impact both emotional and physical health. #8 Managing Power over Anger
We recognize anger. Even when we deny we are angry, those around us are not fooled! 
Some of us almost perfect the art of of pretending we are not angry when we are... and then all hell breaks loose.
We typically know anger to be anything from annoyance to rage. Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion until the energy is misdirected. Though it comes down to choice, it can seem the angry person is out of control. It can then be destructive to home and work settings, and can turn relationships toxic. Anger can also be associated with loss, not only of a loved one, but also a pet, a job, youthfulness, a relationship etc.
Whereas love is the emotion that facilitates, anger is the emotion that obstructs. Love fosters balance and manages ange, whereas unresolved anger pushes people towards illness and excess.
