Our Vision is for every Professional to have a Coach! And for every Partner to take ownership of their Destiny working together with MIP, who will help them achieve Great Success and Work Life Effectiveness.
Maximum Impact Professionals (MIP) discretely Partners with 
Coaches and Members who are well placed to pass on our contact details to others. During the five year drought west of the Great Divide, the government recognised the unique position of barbers and hairdressers by giving them training to better listen, and to refer those farmers whose courage was failing.
So too MIP Partners with a Network of Members who are in the Personal Services Professionals such as Hairdressers and Beauticians, but also with other Professional Service Providers such as Doctors and Nurses and Lawyers and Teachers who typically encounter people who are under stress, whose hopes are dim and who might benefit from our Group Coaching modules. Likewise Chaplains and Clergy are often the first to become aware that people need the type of professional support we offer, and so refer people to us. We need to make it quite clear that MIP offers Coaching, not Counselling nor Therapy.

MIP never suggests that members ‘analyse’ people’s relational work issues and ‘refer’ them to us for their own personal gain. That is multi-level marketing and we are not interested in that. However, we would like to think that passing on MIP’s contact details to them might be one of the best services they receive.
And if they mention that you got them connected with our professional community, we offer our Members Partner Points which appear as a credit voucher on Member Dashboards. For Coaches, they benefit from earning Commissions. It benefits you, benefits them, and benefits us for a win-win-win! There is no cost to you.
