Our Mission & Values

Our Mission

We are on a mission to see ordinary people doing life and work with purpose, their emotional and relational issues dealt with, their dreams regained, and enjoying richer rewarding relationships, such that workplace and social life no longer drain them of the energy and contentment, so that planning and teamwork becomes a breeze.

Our Approach
Maximum Impact Professionals provide affordable, professionally-run Group and Individual Coaching sessions, where life-changing principles and strategies are explored, valued and applied.

Our Core Values
As a community of professional service providers of which you may choose to be a part, our core values are stated in terms of shared and cherished declarations. The greatest healer the world has ever known has etched into history, eight values for living life to the full, by dealing productively with what life throws up at us.  (based on work done by Dr Allan Myers (2004))

They are:
  1. Humility – I acknowledge that I have deficiencies, many of which I am incapable of rectifying by myself, such that I need to move beyond denial and get help
    .
  2. Emotional  Honesty – I cannot ignore or repress my emotional pain, since they indicate the condition of my heart and mind, and require attention. I will cry my tears, grieve my losses and admit my wrongs.
    .
  3. Teachability – I will seek answers with an open mind, even when the truth of my situation suggests I am guilty. I will invite the insights of others without being judgmental, and enter into thoughtful reflection
    .
  4. Being Proactive – I am determined to do what it takes to apply truths which will bring positive change to my situation. I will no longer choose to revert to just coping but will pursue my potential.
    .
  5. Forgiveness – I acknowledge the power of extending and receiving undeserved grace, and its central role in healing relationships, both mine and others. I will cease judging others and holding resentment.
    .
  6. Pure Motives – I will cease playing mind games and will examine my motives and behaviours.  I choose to discover every unhealthy way in me and to face it.
    .
  7. Reconciliation – I live primarily for relationships and will therefore seek to be reconciled, as far as possible, with those I have broken off with, especially with my extended family.
    .
  8. Courage – I am determined to pursue wholeness and what is right and proper, without regard for the cost to me, and with or without the approval of others. I will not be swayed by pressure to do otherwise.
