  1. To be coached, what do I actually have to do?Coaching is actually a journey of courageous discovery about yourself and your dreams and your potential. Like any journey, there is contemplation, preparation, paying for fares, commencing, enjoying the process and reaping the benefits. To be reading this you have been contemplating the personal and professional benefits.
  2. How do I best prepare for coaching?A good way to prepare is by doing some Profiling Surveys, the results of which identify where you are presently at. They prompt you to consider where you might like to get to. Part of the preparation is ensuring that you have a few months of both head-space and heart-space to deal with issues which are holding you back from pressing toward your potential. You will also need a firm resolve and commitment to work on issues which have you stalled. You financial investment in coaching may need to be planned for. Maximum Impact is a membership community which means you must become a member and then you are at liberty to receive either Group Coaching, Individual coaching or Forum Coaching. The larger Group or Individual Packages can be paid for in more convenient installments.
  3. How do I get started with coaching?Commencing coaching means you will be challenged to discipline yourself to a series of phone appointments and Forum posting. Like any journey, getting started seems to require real effort to get and maintain momentum.
  4. How do I ‘enjoy’ the process when coaching seems to focus on my faults?Joy can be strange in that if often flows out of earned accomplishment, and often through a difficult season. So  enjoying the process involves daily ‘bite sized’ commitments.  It is when you set and push through the barriers that you attain your mini goals which can add up to a big hairy audacious goal. The most important commitment is to honest reflection, making courageous choices and to implementation, and posting this journey in your Forum at least 3-4 times weekly. You will be expected to continue to do Profiling and Progress Surveys, as well complete Impact Tools.  Those who get greatest enjoyment record their reflections daily using either a paper or digital notebook or voice recorder etc, and regularly transfer the processed contents to become Forum posts. And of course, enjoy celebrating the new YOU which friends and colleagues will surely comment upon!
  5. Aren’t the benefits a bit over-rated?
    Reaping the benefits comes progressively in ripples such that you adopt a self-coaching approach over time. You and your friends and colleagues will notice that you have changed for the better – specifically, greater joy, effectiveness and peace. Like any great sportsperson or celebrity or artist, you have to do the work, but MIP makes no over-rated claims.
